Job description:
The Center for Innovation in Diagnostics India Research Group of Siemens Healthineers in Bangalore, India is looking to recruit interns wanting to have real-world experience in interdisciplinary research and development in the area of electro-optics system design and prototyping. This person will be involved in development of electro-optical and electro-mechanical breadboards and prototypes. The internship duration is 6 months.
Job duties and responsibilities:
Hands on prototyping of electro-mechanical or robotic systems
Qualifications required:
- Student who has not yet graduated and working towards a relevant
- Bachelors/Master/Mechanical, Engineering/Electronics engineering/Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent discipline degree, from an accredited academic institute.
- Passion for Electronics or mechatronics
- Demonstrated experience with Open-source hardware platforms like Arduino with practical knowledge of electro-mechanical or robotic system integration.
- Knowledge and experience with 3D printing and Software like Autodesk Fusion 360 would be preferred.
