Job description:
HINDALCO is seeking a motivated and dedicated Diploma Trainee to join the dynamic team at Taloja .
This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent diploma graduates in engineering or a related field to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Diploma Trainee will undergo comprehensive training and work closely with experienced professionals to contribute to our production processes and overall operational efficiency.
Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in safety drills and contribute to the development of a culture of safety within the plant.
- Training and Development:
- Participate in structured training programs covering various aspects of manufacturing processes.
- Attend workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training sessions to gain practical knowledge.
- Production Support:
- Assist in the setup and operation of machinery and equipment as per standard operating procedures.
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are maintained.
- Report any deviations or issues to the production supervisor promptly.
Minimum qualification:
Diploma in electrical engineering
