Synopsys is conducting an internship for Engineers in Noida.
About the team and work:
The Test & Analysis team is part of the Solutions Group and is responsible for the confirming the Silicon Functionality, Robustness & good Spice to Silicon correlation for Embedded memories.
The team is completely responsible for all aspects of Silicon Validation of memory compilers – Test Plans, Silicon Test, Analysis, Debugs & Reporting of Silicon results.
Responsibilities:
- Understand memory compiler features & architecture and Develop memory Silicon Validation Test plan..
- Testchip Silicon Data Analysis, debugs & consolidation of results
- Exposure to test program development & debug
- Resolves issues in creative ways.
- Technical interfacing & interactions with multiple teams across sites.
Skills/experience:
The skills and experience required for this position are as follows:
- Understanding of SRAM, Memory Bit Cell & Operation of CMOS circuits
- Exposure to EDA/CAD tools – schematic, layout, spice simulation…
- Strong debugging & problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills & teamwork
- Working tcl/ perl/ python know-how.
- Exposure to Pattern generation, Electrical test.
Basic fundamentals:
- Basics of Digital design (realization of Boolean function using Gates, Mux etc)
- Strong CMOS fundamentals
- Knowledge of CMOS fabrication
- Good digital design knowledge
- Exposure to basic analog fundamentals
