Job description:
FLSmidth is looking for recent Graduate Trainees.
Graduate Trainees are typically recent university graduates who are being prepared to take on specific roles within a company.
They undergo various forms of training, including on-the-job training to gain an understanding of the company’s operations, procedures, and culture.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Participate in various training programs designed by the company
- Work under the supervision of senior employees to understand job roles and responsibilities
- Attend all workshops, seminars, and meetings as required
- Assist in the execution of projects and tasks assigned by the supervisor
- Maintain a record of all learning experiences
- Provide feedback on the training program to the training manager
- Collaborate with team members on various tasks and projects
- Develop a wide understanding of the company’s values, mission, and objectives
- Follow all company guidelines and policies
- Apply academic knowledge to practical scenarios within the business
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
Qualifications required:
- Engineering graduates (2023/2024) in: Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Civil, Production, Automobile or Electrical
- No backlogs
- A minimum aggregate of 60% in 10th grade and all subsequent qualifying examinations (e.g., 12th grade, Diploma, Undergraduate degree).
