Cochin Shipyard Recruitment Notification for Executive Trainee Posts 2024-25: Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL), a listed premier Miniratna Schedule ‘A’ Company of Government of
India, invites Online Applications from young professionals, for filling up the posts of Executive Trainees. Online Registration start from 7th December 2024 and end on 6th January 2025.

Age limit:

• Maximum 27 years as on 6th January 2025. i.e. The candidates should be born on or after 07 January 1998.
• Age Relaxation – 05 years for SC / ST, 03 years for OBC, for PwBD as per Government of India Guidelines.

Monthly salary (Pay scale):

Eligibility criteria:

• Mechanical Engineering – BE/ B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (65% min).
• Electrical Engineering – BE/ B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (65% min).
• Electronics Engineering – BE/ B.Tech in Electronics Engineering (65% min).
• Naval Architecture – BE/ B.Tech in Naval Architecture (65% min).
• Civil Engineering – BE/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering (65% min).
• Information Technology – BE/ B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology (65% min) (OR) MSc/MCA in Computer Applications/Science/IT (65% min). Desirable: Certification in Programming/ DBMS/ Networking/ ERP.
• Human Resource – 02 years Master’s or equivalent in HR-related fields (65% min).
• Finance – Pass in the final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / ICAI.

Selection process:

The CSL Executive Trainee 2024-25 selection process comprises of two phases:-

• Phase-I: Online Test (60 marks, 60 min) – 60 MCQs.
• Phase-II: Group Discussion, Writing Skills, Personal Interview (40 marks).
