Bharat Electronics Limited a Navaratna Company and India‟s premier professional electronics Company under the Ministry of Defence, requires the following personnel on temporary basis for its Military Communication SBU, Bangalore Complex as mentioned below:
BEL Recruitment 2025 – Education qualification:
Project Engineer – I:
- BE / B. Tech course (4 years) with PASS CLASS from University/Institute in the following Engineering disciplines – Electronics / Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, Telecommunication & Communication Engineering, Communication & Electrical / Electrical Engineering Engineering
- Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of Two Years relevant post-qualification industry experience
Age Limit (As on 01 December 2024): 32 years
Age relaxation:
- The upper age limit will be relaxable for SC/ST candidates by 5 years and for OBC candidates by 3 years. For candidates belonging to PwBD category having minimum 40% disability or more will get 10 years‟ relaxation in addition to the relaxation applicable to the categories mentioned above
BEL salary details:
- Project Engineer – I:
- 1st year: Rs. 40,000/-
- 2nd year: Rs. 45,000/-
- 3rd year: Rs. 50,000/-
- 4th year: Rs. 55,000/-

Selection process for this job:
- Selection will be through a Written Test, followed by an Interview for shortlisted candidates. The venue for the Written Test/ Interview will
be intimated later. - 85% Marks will be allotted for the written test and 15% for the interview. Candidates who pass in the written test will be called for interview in the ratio of 1:5 in the order of merit.
- The names of candidates shortlisted for Written Test / Interview and final selections will be notified on our Company‟s website.
- Please note that Written Test/ Interview call letters will be sent through email only.

- For Others: Rs. 472/- (Rs. 400/- + 18% GST)
