Job description:
The Reserve Bank of India invites online applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Junior Engineers (Civil/Electrical). Candidates with B.E/B.Tech/Diploma qualifications are eligible to apply. There are 11 vacancies available for this positions. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online on or before 20 January 2025. The detailed eligibility and application process for RBI JE Jobs are given below.
Educational qualification:
The candidates should possess B.E/B.Tech or Diploma in Civil /Electrical discipline.
Age limit: 20-30 years
Upper age is relaxable by:

- For SC/ST: 5 years
- For OBC: 3 years
- For PWD: 10 years
- Ex-Servicemen: To the extent of service rendered by them in the Armed Forces plus an additional period of 3 years subject to maximum of 50 years.
- Widows/divorced women/women judicially separated who are not re-married: Upto 35 years (40 years for SC/ST)
Salary:
Selected Candidates will draw a starting basic pay of Rs 33,900/- per month and other allowances, as admissible from time to time.
At present, the initial monthly Gross emoluments for Junior Engineer (Civil/ Electrical) is approximately Rs 71,032/-.
Selection Process:
Selection will be through a competitive Online Examination and Language Proficiency Test.

- The above tests except for the Test of English Language will be available bilingually, i.e. in English and Hindi.
- A candidate has to qualify in each part of the Objective test separately. There will be negative marks for wrong answers in the Objective tests.1/4th mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
