Job description:
Tigris Mobility Private Limited is hiring for the post of Post Graduate Engineering Trainee.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Actively participate in real-world electric vehicle projects, learning from and contributing to critical design and engineering activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development, testing, and optimization of EV systems and components.
- Conduct research and technical analysis to address challenges and drive innovation in the e-mobility space.
- Assist in prototyping and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and safety of vehicle systems.
- Apply and uphold industry best practices, standards, and technologies in vehicle design and manufacturing.
- Communicate progress, insights, and ideas effectively while engaging in dynamic team discussions.
- Commit to project timelines and quality standards with a proactive approach to continuous learning and adaptability.
Eligibility criteria:
- Education: M.Tech./M.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Production Engineering from premier institutes such as IITs, NITs, IIITs, etc.
- Graduation timeline: Candidates must have completed their degree with no active backlogs by June 2024.
Qualifications required:
- Relevant project experience in automotive or electric vehicle domains through coursework, competitions, hobby projects, or internships.
- Strong understanding of electrical/electronic systems, mechanical components, or production processes in the automotive field.
- Proficiency in problem-solving, analytical thinking, and a passion for driving sustainable innovation.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and a learning-oriented mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
