Job description:
Molex is conducting an interview for the post of Graduate Engineer Trainee.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Provide engineering support for New Product Developments (NPDs), Modifications (MODs),
- Collaborate with customers, product managers, and sales teams to develop solutions that align with the Voice of Customer (VOC).
- Develop and manage product models, drawings, product specifications, Design Verification
- Plans and Reports (DVP&R), tolerance stack-ups, test summaries, and application
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- ME/MTech in /Mechanical Engineering
- Understanding of material selection for plastic and metal components based on mechanical,
- thermal, electrical, and environmental considerations.
- Solid background in conceptualization, development, and testing of mechanical designs.
- Basic knowledge of Electrical Engineering concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Proactive knowledge sharing and seeking, able to self-learn from the resource available.
- Contribution mindset, continuous improvement to add value to the team and organization
- Problem solving skills using systematic tools
- Understanding of Agile work methodology (Scrum work methodology)
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts.
