Job description:
BDI Group is conducting an interview for the post of Graduate Engineering Trainee.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Graduate Engineering Trainee located in sanaswadi pune. The Graduate Engineering Trainee will be responsible for assisting in manufacturing and mechanical engineering projects, conducting data analysis, supporting project management initiatives, and contributing to the continuous improvement of production processes. The role involves daily collaboration with different departments and learning about various aspects of the manufacturing industry.
Qualifications required:
- Strong Communication and Analytical Skills
- Experience in Project Management
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering
- Understanding of Mechanical Engineering principles
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Proficiency in using engineering software and tools
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
