Job description:
HARMAN is seeking a motivated and talented Junior Engineer to join the team.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software development, web development, and database management. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in programming languages, web technologies, and software tools.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of software applications using Java, and NodeJS.
- Participate in web development projects using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Support database management tasks using MySQL and DBMS.
- Conduct manual testing and assist in the development of test cases.
- Apply knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and operating systems basics to solve technical problems.
- Collaborate with team members to design, develop, and implement software solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Document code and processes to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Java, NodeJS and Python
- Experience with web development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with database management systems such as MySQL and DBMS.
- Basic understanding of manual testing, data structures, algorithms, and operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Previous internship or project experience in software development.
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
