Job description:
Texas Instruments is looking for Validation Engineers in Bangalore.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Ensuring that lab environment meets IATF 16949/ISO 9001 standard.
- Ensuring timely calibration of all instruments and maintaining proper and accurate records.
- Contribute to the overall Lab operations roadmap and strategy by introducing automated workflows, process and SMART automations
- Contribute in Developing the budget requirement (CAPEX, OPEX)
- Ensure Lab operations are executed seamlessly by providing required assistance to Lab Users.
- Ensure to respond and address timely effectively to the critical inquiries / technical issues or complaints.
Qualifications required:
B.Tech (Electronics/ECE/Embedded or other)
Technical competency skills:
- Strong Knowledge of IATF quality standards
- Strong Knowledge on ISO 17025 calibration standards
- Strong knowledge of Equipment Management
- Proficiency in using MS Office packages: word processor, spreadsheet, and presentation
- Good analytical and visualizations skills to evaluate Lab operations trends and reports
- Basic understanding on Python ,SharePoint, Spotfire & Oracle DB

- Proactive towards identifying the issues and solving the problem.
