Job description:
Air Liquide is looking for a trainee to support the engineering team in India.
Duties and responsibilities:
The candidate will be involved in various projects related to industrial gases production & filling, as well as cryogenic storage tanks. The trainee will have the opportunity to learn and work closely with experienced engineers and gain practical knowledge of the field.
- Supporting the design and implementation of industrial gas production units and filling stations;
- Collaborating with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects;
- Conducting site visits and preparing reports on existing facilities;
- Assisting in the preparation of technical documents such as layout drawings, bill of quantities, and material lists;
- Providing assistance during construction and commissioning phases;
- Performing routine inspections at sites to identify potential hazards or safety issues;
- Keeping accurate records and maintaining databases related to project activities.
Requirements:
- B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Good communication skills and proficiency in English;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
