Job description:
Sintegra Inc. is conducting an interview for the post of Physical Design CAD Engineer.
Responsibilities:
The primary task in this role is to provide flow support and QA for existing implementation(synthesis, place & route) flows. Support requests would come through a bug tracking system, potentially from automated regressions in some cases.
The candidate will need to partner with flow developers and the manager to prioritize these requests, root-cause the problems, and propose solutions.
Depending on the complexity of each solution and the candidate’s aptitude, they may implement it directly, handoff to flow developers or propose a change to the EDA tool itself. Qualified candidates could be given supervised flow development projects.
