Curriculum Associates is looking for Engineering Interns.
As a Data Engineering Intern, you’ll be part of a team that builds and optimizes data pipelines, develops scalable data infrastructure, and enables advanced analytics and insights across the organization.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Help with design and build data ingestion pipelines using modern tools
- Implement ETL/ELT processes (Fivetran) and support data transformation for analytics use cases.
- Optimize data storage and retrieval across data lakes (AWS S3) and data warehouses. (Snowflake)
- Partner with data insights professionals to deliver production-grade data solutions.
What you’ll learn:
- Modern data stack and cloud-based architecture (e.g., AWS, Snowflake, Delta Lake etc).
- Hands-on experience with big data frameworks, orchestration tools, and version control.
- Best practices in data pipeline monitoring, testing, and observability.
- Real-world agile development and DevOps methodologies in a data engineering context.
- How to work with real-world complex data and design for scale and resilience.

Requirements:
- Pursuing Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Passion for coding, data structures, and building systems
- Familiarity with Python, SQL, or any ETL/ELT concepts
- Desire to learn cloud technologies and data engineering tools

Additional Information:
- Pay: 30000 per month, non-negotiable
