Job description:
Micron Technology is looking for a Semiconductor Design Engineer.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Be a Subject Matter Expert on the DFT Verification test bench.
- Collaborate closely with different cross functional teams in Design Engineering (DE) and Product Engineering (PE) to develop the best DFT verification specification and methodology.
- Work closely with DE and PE teams to develop the DFT full chip verification plans.
- Coordinate with CAD and project verification teams on testbench and coverage development, pattern and behavioral model development, simulation, and debugging.
- Be involved in the development of cutting-edge and new DFT verification methodologies and tools.
- Performing verification processes with modeling and simulation using industry standard simulators
- Proactively solicit guidance from Standards, CAD, modeling, and verification groups to improve the design quality
- Driving innovation into the future Memory generations within a dynamic work environment
