Position #1: Plant Simulation Engineer
Experience Range: 1-3 Yrs
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct simulation runs and present findings
– Obtain stakeholder buy-in for implementations
– Resolve conflicts during implementation\
Position #2: IE Lead – Work-study / Ergonomics
Experience Range: 6-9 Yrs
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct work studies and implement Standard Cycle Time (CT)
– Analyze and manage headcount (HC)
– Implement Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and automation projects
Position #3: IE Engineer – Work-study / Ergonomics
Experience Range: 3-6 Yrs
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct time studies and finalize optimized CT
– Analyze and calculate headcount (HC)
– Identify opportunities for HC and CT reduction
Position #4: IE – Lean Engineer / Senior Engineer
Experience Range: 3-6 Yrs
Key Responsibilities:
– Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives
– Implement Kaizens and 5S audits
– Achieve OEE targets and enhance capacity
Position #5: IE – Work study / Lean / Capex
Experience Range: BE: 1-2 Yrs, Diploma: 2-3 Yrs
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct method studies and line balancing
– Implement Kaizens and conduct 5S audits
– Optimize capacity for machines and MHE
