Job description:
Sea6 Energy Private Limited is looking for R&D Electronics Engineers.
Duties and responsibilities:
As an Electronics Engineer on the R&D team, you will:
- Design, prototype, and build electronics systems for automation and marine equipment.
- Create and test PCB layouts using tools like Altium, Eagle, or KiCad.
- Program and integrate microcontrollers (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi, STM32).
- Work hands-on with sensors, actuators, and embedded hardware.
- Troubleshoot, iterate, and improve system performance in real-world environments.
- Collaborate closely with mechanical and software teams.
- Occasionally travel to deployment sites to test systems on floating seaweed farms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in electronics hardware design and development.
- Experience with PCB design and hardware prototyping.
- Familiarity with microcontrollers, embedded programming, and sensor integration.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced R&D environment.
- Curious, hands-on, and eager to solve real-world problems.
- Willingness to travel to remote/field locations when needed.
