Job description:
Airports Authority of India (AAI), Eastern Region, invites applications from eligible candidates for the engagement of Graduate, Diploma, and ITI Apprentices for the year 2025-26 under the Apprentices Act, 1961.
The apprenticeship training will be conducted at various airports and the Regional Headquarters (RHQ) in the Eastern Region.
The last date for submission of online applications is 31st May 2025.

Age Limit:
- Maximum 26 years as on 31st March 2025.
- Upper age relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PWBD candidates as per Government of India guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate Apprentices: Full-time four-year degree in Engineering in relevant streams, recognized by AICTE, GOI, passed in 2023 or later.
- Diploma Apprentices: Full-time three-year diploma in Engineering in relevant streams, recognized by AICTE, GOI, passed in 2023 or later.
- ITI Trade Apprentices: ITI/NCVT certificate in trades such as Computer Operator & Programming Assistant, Electrical, Mechanic, or Electronics from institutes recognized by AICTE, GOI.
- Only Indian nationals from Eastern Region states (West Bengal, Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Sikkim, Andaman & Nicobar) are eligible.
Selection process:
- Provisional selection based on percentage of marks in the qualifying examination.
- Seniority based on date of birth and date of passing for candidates with equal marks.
- Document verification and medical fitness examination.
Application fee:
No application fee is required.
How to apply:
- Candidates must apply online through the BOAT/RDAT portal for Graduate/ Diploma apprentices or the Apprenticeship India portal for ITI Trade apprentices.
- Register on the respective portal and search for the establishment “Airports Authority of India – RHQ ER, Kolkata (EWBPNC000015)” to apply.
- Upload scanned copies of required documents, including degree/diploma/ITI certificate, marksheet, Aadhar card, and passport-size photograph.
- Ensure all details are verified before submission. Save a printed copy of the application for future reference.
