Bloom Energy is looking for a Service Desk Engineer.

Diagnose and resolve common hardware and software problems, including issues with Windows desktop OS, proprietary software, virtual desktops, mobile OS, printers, and other IT systems or hardware
Having good communication and writing skills to Interactive with our Customers
Handle incoming queries and requests from end-users via phone, email, or chat, aiming to resolve issues within your scope of knowledge.
Provide support services to local and remote employees with technical problems and IT issues
Assist users with new systems and applications, providing training and guidance as needed
Independently, install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware including laptops, workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
Respond promptly to escalation for technical assistance via phone, email and in person as needed.
Provide timely resolution of problems and escalation management on behalf of customer to appropriate internal support team.
Document ticket status and provide updates to employee-customer and management in line with client case management guidelines.
Provide input and help to maintain standard operating procedures, best practices and customer service guidelines relating to client services desktop support.

Candidates having 0-2 years of experience.
Bachelor Degree in Computer science (Engineering & Technology desired), Management of information Systems, computer security or equivalent.
Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
Knowledge of network protocols and technologies.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Basic knowledge about Automation tools and scripting
