Techsol Engineers is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic fresher to join the team as a Trainee Engineer in Mechanical Engineering.
Duties and responsibilities:
As a Trainee Engineer, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to various aspects of mechanical engineering, including design, development, and testing. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to kick-start their career in a dynamic and growing organization.
- Assist in the design, analysis, and development of mechanical systems and components.
- Participate in the testing and troubleshooting of mechanical products and prototypes.
- Support the preparation of technical documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on project planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Assist in reviewing and improving existing mechanical designs for better performance and cost efficiency.
- Learn and apply industry best practices for mechanical engineering processes.
- Support the team in the preparation and execution of tests and simulations.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth integration of mechanical systems into larger projects.
- Participate in training and skill development programs to enhance technical expertise.
Qualifications required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (recent graduates are preferred).
- Basic understanding of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Preferred skills:
- Hands-on experience with mechanical tools and equipment.
- Basic knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and material science.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics.
