Job description:
Flexsin is hiring skilled and motivated Python Developers with strong expertise in Django to join the backend development team.
Duties and responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining robust web applications, designing scalable APIs, and collaborating with frontend developers to deliver seamless user experiences
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Django-based web applications.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework (DRF).
- Work with Django components including models, views, templates, forms, and middleware.
- Design and optimize relational database schemas using PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Write efficient ORM queries and manage database migrations.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate HTML/CSS/JavaScript with Django templates.
- Implement dynamic features using AJAX, jQuery, or modern JavaScript frameworks like React or Vue.js when required.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
- Participate in system architecture discussions and contribute to technical decisions.
Qualifications and experience required:
- Strong proficiency in Python and Django.
- Experience with Django REST Framework (DRF).
- Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and ORM concepts.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and jQuery.
- Exposure to modern JS frameworks (React/Vue.js) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Git and version control workflows.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
