Job description:
Caldic is conducting an internship for Engineers from various streams.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Support the team in uploading new vendors in the system as per procurement protocols
- Assist in raising & releasing Purchase Orders (POs) and Work Orders in coordination with the procurement team
- Help in drafting contracts and agreements with service providers under supervision
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and vendors for timely updates and documentation
- Participate in site visits and coordinate with on-ground teams to monitor project progress
- Maintain records of project activities, approvals, and correspondence
- Support in tracking project milestones and preparing regular update reports
- Assist in ensuring compliance with safety and operational guidelines during implementation
- Take part in team meetings, vendor discussions, and review calls
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree – B. Tech (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel to site frequently
- Interest in project execution / plant operations / supply chain
