Welspun is conducting an interview for Mechanical or Automation Engineers.
Job Purpose/Summary:
Support Pipe Plant Mechanical Maintenance Operations
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Plan and Perform Maintenance Activities
- Execution of day to day preventive/predictive maintenance schedule as per assigned for the equipments
- Execute maintenance activities during change overs
- Record maintainence as per defined SOP’s
- Rotuine Inspection of Equipements and communcating the abnormalities to Shift Incharges
- Maintaining Housekeeping as per teh required standards of the department.
- Drive initiatIves to reduce the maintenance cost
- Preparation of spare parts of the equipment
- Excution of assigned intiatives from Shift Incharges and report pendencies
- Industrial Safety Working in compliance to saftey standards of the organization
Principal Accountabilities- Machine availability as per Departmental Targets, ensuring cost optimization.
- Overall Mechanical Maintenance for assigned plants.
- Resource planning man machine and material .
- Safety of Man , machine and complience to applicable safety standards
