Job description:
Gatinge is conducting an internship for Engineers.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Understand the specifications and other technical requirements related to the engineering projects / proposed localization activity. Mainly related to electronics, valves, actuators, automation, etc.
- Find technical alternatives / materials / processes / value engineering opportunities with cost benefit analysis
- Work on design and development projects, prototyping activities, incoming and pre-dispatch inspection, verification.
Qualifications and Experience required:
- Degree / Diploma in Mechatronics engineering or Electronics engineering with aptitude for design and development-hands on working. Additionally- hands on exposure to mechanical drawings and manufacturing processes.
- Fresh engineer or Engineer with 1-2 years working experience in industry and willing to work on temporary basis for one year
- Good academics record
- Proficiency in PCB design software like Altium
- Programming knowledge and working exposure would be an advantage
- Aptitude or exposure to working in workshop/laboratory with both electronics and mechanical tools and instruments.
- Enthusiastic, driven, self-motivated, quick learner.
- Good verbal/written communication skills desirable
