Job description:
Wabtec Corporation is conducting an interview for the post of Graduate Engineer Trainee.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Browsing newspapers and other channels for identifying tender enquiries and customer requirements.
- Data entering and monitoring of Budgetary Enquiries from all India Customers.
- Data entering and monitoring of Tender Enquiries from all India Customers.
- Verification of each enquiry for correctness assurance in reference to our manual and MOVEX system.
- Verification and correctness assurance for standard and non-standard kits and coordinate with other departments.
- Correspondence with customers for clarification on enquiries/offers.
- Preparation / submission of After Market tenders for our Products and follow up of tenders submitted.
- Keeps track of our Market share and Competitor’s share against tenders being floated and finalized by our Customers.
- Follow up with regional offices for timely procurement of tender documents
- Adhere to principles of 5S in good house keeping of the department.
- Actively Implement total quality systems as part of compliance to company’s Policy.
- Performing any other duties which the company may reasonably requires
Qualifications required:
Fresh Graduate Engineer in Mechanical
