Job description:
Raytheon Technologies is conducting an interview for the post of Mechanical Design Engineer.
Qualifications and Experience required:
- B.E in Mechanical Engineering.
- 1-3 years of experience in design & development of Mechanical System & Components preferably in aerospace domain.
- Working knowledge in Solid mechanics, loading conditions & failure mechanism.
- Demonstrated ability in design of structures, mechanisms, tools, jigs & fixtures
- Creation of detailed drawings for production release using ASME standards.
- Knowledge in CAD software’s, PLM & CAM machining.
- Working knowledge of thermoplastic and thermoset composite design, materials characterization, manufacturing methods, tooling and joining methods for Components preferably in aerospace domain
- Good to have working knowledge in Aerospace grade mechanical system / component, testing, certification & qualification (Interior components, Seating system, Galleys, Lighting)
