Job description:
Carrier is hiring Engineers for their Bangalore office.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Provides product and technical knowledge, resolving issues surrounding installation, usage, upgrade, and training.
- May respond to customer calls and sends issue to appropriate level to satisfy customer requirements.
- Partners with Customer Service representatives to identify customer training and support needs.
- Completes proper documentation of issues used for future analysis.
