Job description:
Microchip Technology is conducting an interview for the post of Analog Validation Engineer.
Job duties and responsibilities:
The right candidate will perform the validation of analog blocks and will be comfortable with analog circuits and a variety of lab equipment. They will be responsible for creating Validation Plans and Reports, designing hardware, generating automation software and performing data collection. They will work closely with other validation engineers and analog designers.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience with a variety of analog circuits.
- Designing and building test fixtures for analog IP validation.
- Knowledge of, and experience with various lab equipment including: power supplies, source measure units, multimeters, oscilloscopes and arbitrary waveform generators.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Experience with NI LabVIEW and TestStand preferred.
