Job description:
Terex is conducting an interview for the post of Service Engineer Trainee.
Job duties and responsibilities:
Will be placed to work closely with Sales & Service Manager as a team during the training period:
- Assist dealers in commissioning of new machines
- Track equipment performance and customer satisfaction level.
- Failure analysis and Feedback for product improvement.
- Provide mechanical field support and trouble shooting.
- Provide assistance on Site Demonstrations, etc.
- Conduct Plant Performance Tests at site
- Perform complete on-site plant audits with recommendations for process improvement
- Work closely and communicate effectively with Terex regional managers, engineers, inside sales people, and distributors.
- Provide a safe and positive work environment
- Travel throughout India as required, Travel approximately 60%-70%
Qualifications required:
- Diploma / Bachelor Engineering or equivalent preferred
- Positive individual with motivational skills
- Institute: Any Reputed Institution or University Accredited to Indian Standards and Norms.
