Delta Electronics is conducting an interview for the post of Motor Design Engineer.
About GEM Program:
Delta Global Elite Mingle program (GEM) welcome professionals to join Delta Family from all over the world. The individual will involve in training program in Taiwan initially (maximum for one year). After completing the assessments, the individual will be relocated to designated Delta global regions (e.g. USA Texas, Thailand, India).

Job duties and responsibilities:
- With motor magnetic circuit design ability including basic principles of motor control, and also independently design motor mechanism components and draw motor parts
- Familiar with the operation and analysis of motor electromagnetic circuit simulation software, such as Ansys maxwell, twinbuilder, etc.
- Motor characteristic measurement and problem analysis
Job requirements:
- Education: Master & Above
- Major: Mechanical engineering and electronic engineering related
- Experience required: 1-3 years
- Skills & Expertise: Good root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with Flotherm or ICEPA
- Language Requirement: Proficient in English
- Training location: Taiwan
- Designated location (after transfer): India
