Job description:

Molex is conducting an interview for the post of Post Graduate Engineer Trainee.

To run CAE analysis using Finite Element Analysis methods
Interact and coordinate with the customers in product development.
Basics of modeling techniques to simplify CAD model or the update CAD file
Build 2D & 3D FEA models using appropriate preprocessor.
Perform static and dynamic simulations using tools like Hyperworks and Abaqus
Create comprehensive engineering reports based on the FEA study
Maintain proficiency in the area of technical expertise and transfer knowledge throughout the group.
Investigate and develop technologies to increase capabilities, reduce cost and improve processes.
Engage in correlation activities to build a correlation database using Molex lab setup.

Proficiency with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) terminologies and techniques
Strong understanding of Engineering Mechanics, Physics and Materials engineering
Proficiency with basic MS Office products
Must be technically competent, resourceful and self-motivated. Must be able to work in a team and independently with minimum supervision.
Strong verbal and written communication skills that demonstrates the ability to expresses technical concepts clearly and concisely.
Customer service skills to demonstrate the ability to respond to user problems with sense of urgency.
Good interpersonal skills to effectively work with co-workers and external contacts to respond positively to situations.
