Job description:
Buhler Group is conducting an interview for the post of Automation PLC Software Engineer.
Requirements:
- Programming of PLC and visualization (SCADA) testing.
- Commissioning of PLC based control systems in continuous process plants (SCADA system, distributed control system, Centralized control system).
- Hands on experience in configuration, development projects based on Siemens and Rockwell Automation products.
- Electrical LT panel and PLC control panel trouble shooting and site modifications
- PLC based automation systems (Siemens, Allen Bradley, B & R)
- Computer Programming Knowledge on Vb.net / C# , SQL
Tasks:
- To be the starting point of all Automation jobsTo coordinate with mechanical department for all inputs for starting a project.Continuously upgrades the software automation engineering standards to that of GP standards to suit local condition as well international requirement.Checking of the MA list before starting the SW engineering.Follow the BPM for fulfilment process.Preparation of the functional description and operating manual for the plant control system process.Updating the drawing and documents immediately after returning form site and send “AS BUILT” to customer.
Qualifications required:
BE/Diploma in Electrical /Electronics Engineering
