Job description:

KONE is conducting an interview for the post of Diploma Engineering Trainee.

Qualifications and experience required:

1. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
2. 0-1 years of experience in Production, Line assembly, or Quality.
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
5. Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
6. Additional advantage: Familiarity with using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
7. Basic knowledge of operation, production (lean manufacturing and 5 S principles), quality (Six Sigma), logistics, and supply chain management.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and a disciplined approach to processes.
