Naatscorp is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Graduate Engineer Trainee to join the team. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with a degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering who is passionate about engineering and committed to working in a challenging and innovative environment. Job duties and responsibilities:
1. Learning and Development: Actively participate in training programs and on-the-job learning experiences to develop a deep understanding of our products, processes, and industry standards.
2. Problem Solving: Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and solve technical challenges, contributing innovative solutions to enhance our products and processes.
3. Quality Management: Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 13485/9001 quality management standards, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.
4. Adaptability: Be ready to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, adapting to changing project requirements and taking on new responsibilities as needed.
5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
6. Passion for Engineering: Demonstrate a genuine passion for engineering and a desire to make a significant impact in the field.
Qualifications required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering.
- Maximum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- A willingness to work smart and hard, even in demanding situations.
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 and/or ISO 9001 standards is an advantage.
- A strong passion for engineering and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
Work schedule:
This is a six-days-a-week position, offering an opportunity to excel and grow in a supportive and challenging environment.
Salary and benefits:
- Competitive monthly salary in the range of 15,000 – 20,000 INR, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
