Qualcomm is looking for CPU Engineers In Bangalore.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Early Performance exploration of ARM CPUs, evaluate ARM microarchitectural improvements, performance power trade-offs and drive design of next generation Qualcomm IPs/Products.
- Analyze bottlenecks/limitations in existing CPU subsystem – Recommend improvements to Hardware and Software design .
- Analyze new CPU Architecture features introduced in ARM ecosystem and explore perf-power benefit our products – drive SW optimizations .
- Collaborate with benchmark development companies like Geekbench, Antutu, etc and drive benchmark/workload selection/optimization that showcases Qualcomm IP strengths.
- Software optimization based on CPU Microarchitectural improvements.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

Skills/experience:
1..Strong understanding of Computer architecture and CPU Microarchitecture
2.Excellent in logical programming using C/C++/Assembly/Scripting
3.Indepth Understanding of software stack – Linux Internals/device drivers
4.Benchmarking and Performance Analysis of ARM CPUs
Education requirements: Bachelors/Masters in Electrical/CS/ECE
