Job description:
Mediatek is hiring DFT Engineers on Contract in Bangalore.
It is a Rollover contract job.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- SoC / Modem DFT for Smartphone.
- ATPG Coverage analysis and improvements.
- APTG/TFT pattern generation and optimization.
- Doing scan synthesis and scan-chain analysis/stitching etc.
- Analyze DFT timings violations along with STA teams.
- Work on the DFT methodologies for new technology nodes
Qualifications and experience required:
- Experience: 0.5 year to 2 years.
- Masters with VLSI
- Good understanding of DFT and usage of tools like Tetramax.
