Job description:
ZF is hiring Engineers from various fields for the post of Graduate Engineer Trainee.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Member of a Product Engineering Team within the Mechanical Design Group who is assigned activities to design and develop Commercial Vehicle components and assemblies.
- Design and development of the mechanical hardware including innovation, concept, design and production release activities for new customer applications
- Create mechanical solutions for customer applications, new steering system requirements, and sub system functions.
- Manage the creation and collaboration of 3D CAD models and engineering drawings to describe the product to manufacturing, quality, and purchasing.Perform Engineering
- calculations as required to ensure a robust product design.
- Develop, revise, and maintain Design Failure Mode Effects and Analysis (DFMEA) including the selection of Classification of Characteristics.
- Develop test specifications, product validation plans, enter test requests, coordinate completion of testing, write engineering reports and communicate results to the organization.
Qualifications and experience required:
- BE / B.Tech – Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Mechatronics Engineering Degree
- Only 2022 or 2023 passed outs with above 70% academic score (SSLC onwards) with no History of arrears.
- Commitment and Drive for Performance, Good communication Skills
- Proficiency in design platforms such as CREO / Computer Aided Design (CAD) / UG NX / CATIA is preferred.
