EMotorad is offering an internship/trainee position for aspiring engineers interested in Model-Based Software and Plant Modeling for Electric Vehicles. Learn and contribute to real-world projects under the guidance of our experienced team.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Simulation: Use simulation tools to analyze system behavior, particularly the VCU and MCU in Electric Vehicles.
- Battery Management System (BMS): Assist in developing 2-Wheeler Application Software for BMS, optimizing key BMS modules.
- Motor Control Techniques: Learn motor control techniques, including Trapezoidal Control and Field-Oriented Control.
- Motor and Drive Features: Understand motor and drive components, including input voltage, output current, and motor types.
- Hands-On Demonstrations: Engage in hands-on activities, including converting models, monitoring parameters, and implementing motor control.
- Testing and Debugging: Assist in Model-in-the-Loop (MIL) checks and debugging vehicle software.
- CAN & UDS Diagnostics: Collaborate with the diagnostics team on Diagnostic Requirements and file management.
- CAN Data Analysis: Analyze CAN Data Logs for system diagnostics.
Qualifications and experience required:
- Pursuing or completing a degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. 2023 or 2024 passout.
- Interest in modeling and programming (C/C++, Python, Java).
- Curiosity for control theory and system dynamics.
- Passion for Electric Vehicle development.
