Job description:

Texmo Group is seeking a highly motivated and talented Graduate Engineer to join the dynamic Manufacturing Operations team. The role will be assigned based on the specific needs of the organization, with a primary focus on roles within Production, Planning, and Process. The successful candidate will possess a strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering fundamentals and will have the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of our manufacturing processes.

Job duties and responsibilities:

Production planning:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement production schedules.
Optimize production workflows to enhance efficiency and meet production targets.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams for timely material acquisition.

Process improvement:

Work on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes.
Identify opportunities for automation and optimization to improve overall efficiency.
Collaborate with teams to implement new technologies and methodologies.

Technical documentation:

Create and maintain detailed technical documentation related to manufacturing processes.
Ensure that engineering drawings, specifications, and procedures are up-to-date and accessible.

Collaboration and communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Production, Engineering, and Quality Assurance.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

Qualifications and experience required:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering/Production Engineering/ Metallurgy.
Tier 1 & 2 Engineering College Freshers 2023 Passed out with minimum 75% marks without any backlogs will be preferred.
0 to 1 years of Industry experience in production / process will be an added advantage.
Ability to read, understand and create technical drawings
Team Player and Interpersonal skill to work with cross functional team
Communication effective written and verbal communication is required for the purpose of achieving successful job performance
