Job description:
EMotorad is conducting an internship for the post of Wiring Harness Design Engineer.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Creation of harness layout in CAD and generation of 2D-drawings.
- Design circuit schematic of its own based on inputs for both HV & LV.
- Working on Harness standard & validate and update project DV Plans.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Automotive BEV vehicle electrical components and devices like Motor, ECU, VCU, DC-DC, Inverter, HMI etc. Developing harness subcomponents like Clamps, type of protection, wire, fuse relays etc.
- Work on testing prototype units in the workshop/out in the field
Qualifications and experience required:
- Engineering degree (Automotive, Electrical, or related technical field) or equivalent.
- Understanding and knowledge on automotive Indian & International standards.
- Ability to demonstrate detailed and extensive technical expertise and application of engineering principles, concepts, and practice.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Qualifications required:
2023 or 2024 B.E/B.Tech/M. E/M. Tech with EC/ECE, EEE.
