Job description:

Intel is conducting an interview for the post of Physical Design Intern.

Job duties and responsibilities:

Responsibilities may be quite diverse of a technical nature. U.S. experience and education requirements will vary significantly depending on the unique needs of the job. Job assignments are usually for the summer or for short periods during breaks from school.

Qualifications required:

  • Candidate must be pursuing a Master of Science/Engineering/Tech degree in Microelectronics, VLSI or VLSI and Embedded Systems Engineering.
  • Strong fundamentals in VLSI Design, with emphasis on Physical Design, EDA Tools and automation, Power Delivery, High Speed Clocking, AI / ML applications.
  • Good understanding of Device Physics, Place and Route Concepts and Digital Electronics.
  • Knowledge of software programming, preferably in C/C++, Perl and Python languages.
  • Candidate should have excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills, as well as good written and verbal communication skills.
