Job description:
Putzmeister is conducting an interview for the post of Graduate Engineer Trainee.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Participate in Lean projects and initiatives.
- Assist in the design, development, and delivery of learning and development programs, including technical training, leadership development, and soft skills training.
- Participate in Kaizen events, workshops, and improvement projects aimed at enhancing processes, reducing waste, and improving overall efficiency.
- Drive quality plan in Quality Circle meetings and Kaizen events aimed at addressing quality issues, reducing defects, and improving overall product quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- 1 – 2 Years experience Manufacturing or lean manufacturing systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a growth mindset and a willingness to take on new challenge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior internship or project experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is advantageous but not required.
