Job description:

Thinkerbell Labs is looking for an enthusiastic Electronics Intern to support the engineering and production team in product development and manufacturing efforts.

Duties and responsibilities:

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in electronics design, R&D and production, enhance your technical skills, and contribute to impactful products. This internship will provide you with valuable insights into the electronics industry and the chance to work alongside experienced professionals.

Assisting the product with R&D efforts
Component selection, designing prototyping boards, building testing circuits.
Debugging and verifying PCB Gerbers, schematics, etc.
Assisting the supply chain team with sourcing electronic components
Overseeing electronics fabrication and assembly, ensuring the quality of manufacturing at vendor facilities.
Ensuring quality in product assembly and delivery.
Building Test fixtures and jigs and assisting assembly team to ensure its smooth operation.
Finding and sourcing high-quality components from reliable for multiple products
Researching and conducting certification processes such as FCC and CE

Skills required:

Proven skills in PCB Design and proficiency in any eCAD tool like KiCAD, Eagle etc.
Should be able to read & build schematics, electronics datasheets
PCB Soldering, Testing, and Debugging
Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-starter, entrepreneurial spirit
Empathetic towards Inclusion and Accessibility
Knowledge of Linux, Shell Script, and Python
Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
