Job description:

Molex is conducting an interview for the post of Post Graduate Engineer Trainee.

Assist in the design and development of electrical systems, components, and products.
Collaborate with senior engineers to create schematic diagrams and contribute to the overall design process.
Participate in the prototyping and testing of electrical circuits and systems.
Assist in the identification and resolution of issues during the testing phase.
Create and maintain accurate and detailed documentation for electrical designs, including schematics, bills of materials (BOM), and design specifications.
Assist in updating documentation based on design changes and improvements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, software developers, and technicians, to achieve project goals.
Analyze and troubleshoot electrical issues during development and testing phases.
Collaborate with senior engineers to propose and implement effective solutions.
Learn and adhere to industry standards and regulations related to electrical engineering.
Assist in ensuring that designs comply with safety and quality standards.
Stay informed about advancements in electrical engineering technologies and methodologies.
Take initiative to expand knowledge and skills through training and self-directed learning.
Support the Advanced Engineering Team on Schematic and PCB design request.
Providing Support for product deign & testing team

MTech/BE/BTech in Electrical/Electronic & Communication domain
Solid understanding of fundamental electrical engineering principles.
Familiarity with electrical design tools and software (Added advantage).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills within a team environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Knowledge of EDA CAD tools preferably Cadence or Altium.
Knowledge of basic electronic circuits and electronic and mechanical components.
Experience with PCB design and layout (Added advantage).
Knowledge of microcontroller programming and embedded systems.
Knowledge of analog and digital circuit design.
Knowledge of FPGA and microcontroller-based designs.
Knowledge of EMC/EMI considerations in PCB design.
Exposure to power systems and control systems.
Strong programming skills in languages such as C ,C++ & Python.
Internship or coursework related to electrical engineering projects.
Demonstrated ability to self-motivate and prioritize workload
