This is a full-time role as a RTL Engineer at Infineon Technologies in Bangalore.
Job duties and responsibilities:
As an RTL Engineer, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to Register Transfer Level (RTL) design and micro architecture of ARM CPU based sub systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement specs, efficient RTL code, conduct functional and performance verification, and optimize designs for power, performance, and area. This role requires strong technical skills in RTL design methodologies and tools, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic semiconductor environment.
Qualifications required:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Strong knowledge and experience in RTL and digital design.
- ARM CPU knowledge and AMBA knowledge is a big plus
- Proficiency in Verilog
- Experience with RTL synthesis and optimization tools
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Perl or Python
- Familiarity with industry-standard EDA tools and methodologies
- Understanding of low-power design techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Experience with ASIC or FPGA design is a plus
