Job description:
ADM is conducting an interview for the post of Trainee Engineer.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Adhering to the organization’s health and safety policies and complying with relevant government regulations at all times.
- Understanding organizational requirements and completing all tasks assigned by the Manager.
- Identifying and raising concerns and making suggestions for improvement where appropriate.
- Analyzing data and preparing reports according to specifications.
- Providing technical solutions for unique or recurring problems in the manufacturing process.
- Collaborating closely with colleagues and cross-functional teams to resolve issues. Participating in meetings, workshops, and other training initiatives.
Qualifications and experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, preferably in mechanical engineering.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Commitment to diversity and inclusion.
