Job description:
CIPHOR is hiring for the post of Hardware Design Engineer.
This position is for a Hardware Design Engineer, a full-time on-site role situated in Bengaluru. As a Hardware Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing electronics hardware, circuitry, architecture, and systems for satellite and defense applications.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Review and comprehend electrical schematic designs.
- Conduct design reviews in collaboration with other team members.
- Execute layout design based on schematic designs, ensuring compliance with product requirements.
- Collaborate closely with various project members, including system, mechanical, hardware, and firmware engineers.
- Prepare PCB/PCB-A production documentation.
- Provide support to all stakeholders involved in the production phase, including logistics and manufacturing.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of analog and digital electrical schematics.
- Utilize expertise in high-density design and signal integrity design techniques.
- Apply knowledge of mixed analog/digital PCB design techniques.
Qualifications and experience required:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in Electronics Hardware Design, Hardware Design, and Circuit Design.
- Experience in Hardware Architecture.
- Strong track record in Hardware development.
- Familiarity with schematic capture and PCB layout tools.
- Experience in FPGA design and programming.
- Experience in the Defense/Aerospace Industry is advantageous.
