Job description:
Texas Instruments is hiring for the post of Analog Mixed Signal Verification Engineer.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- System-on-Chip (SoC) Analog-Mixed Signal (AMS) Design Verification (DV) for Power Products.
- Collaborate with IP teams and system teams to define and comprehend Analog-Digital boundaries.
- Liaise with IP owners to acquire the appropriate schematic netlists or models required for SoC AMS DV.
- Model IPs as necessary using Verilog/SystemVerilog/Verilog-a, and Verilog AMS, etc.
- Coordinate with the Digital DV team to integrate AMS DV environment components into the main DV Testbench.
- Develop AMS tests as needed and review results with IP designers and Systems teams.
Qualifications and skill requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (EE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Computer Science (CS), or related specializations with 1-2 years of experience in AMS DV.
- Proficiency in AMS DV setup and test development.
- Experience in modeling circuits using Verilog/Verilog-a/vams.
- Ability to develop analog assertions.
- Proficient in controlling debugging runtimes, accuracies, etc.
- Knowledge of Universal Verification Methodology (UVM) and SoC digital environments is advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
