Job description:
NMTronics India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a driven and customer-focused graduate engineer.
Job duties and responsibilities:
As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will support our sales team in developing solutions tailored to our customers’ needs. The ideal candidate will be energetic, customer-oriented, technically proficient, and an excellent communicator.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals for each sales call to capture customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the service team for updates on technical developments across our installed base.
- Conduct technical comparisons to offer competitive solutions.
- Prepare presentations and relevant documents for each sales call.
- Participate in seminars and trade shows to support our technical team.
- Travel extensively with sales leads, up to 50% of the time.
Qualifications and experience required:
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a sales-focused role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field from a reputable engineering institution.
- Working knowledge of Incoterms and their applications.
- Understanding of cycle time analysis calculations for manufacturing machines and environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency, including experience with MS Office products and other relevant software.
Preferred:
- Experience in the import of capital equipment sales.
- Participation in and awards for extracurricular activities related to sales.
- Strong technical knowledge in one or more of the following domains: automation, machine design, computer vision, power electronics, electronic components, robotics.
- Positive attitude and a desire for continuous improvement.
Salary range:
INR 3 – 4 Lakhs. Salary is negotiable based on the candidate’s skills and experience. The company offers competitive incentive packages, medical care for self and family, and other benefits.
